 在以摇滚乐为主题的新季中，吸血鬼莱斯特（萨姆·里德 饰）开启了一场火花四溅的跨城巡演，同时被那些来自狂野叛逆过去的“缪斯”所纠缠。随着乐队人气和明星光环的飙升，莱斯特对吸血鬼和人类的影响力也与日俱增，在吸血鬼人口非自然激增的“大转化”背景下，其他人不得不面对莱斯特的全新势力。

Two years later, she and the three other “Liars” Johnny, Mirren, and Gat re-emerge to stir Cadence to recall the incident. “A tragic love story and an amnesia thriller set on a privately owned island off the coast of Massachusetts,” the logline further elaborates.
