　　A group of aliens has come to Earth to learn about its population, customs, etc. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form which gives them human emotions, physical needs etc. WITHOUT the understanding of what they mean or the inhibitions normally present in humans. Their leader takes the position of a college professor, their military expert as his sister, their intelligence expert, supposedly oldest of group takes form of his teenage son. The uninhibited reactions turn everyday events into unusual situations.

　　该剧根据北欧剧集《The Bridge》改编，第一季为10集。故事描述英法海底隧道分界线上惊现一个法国政客的尸体，由此引发了一场席卷整个欧洲的政治危机。英法各自派出一名侦探（Stephen Dillane, Clemence Poesy）调查此事，他们发现凶手试图将现代社会「道德沦丧」的现象最大化。

　　《Marlon》由Chris Moynihan开发，Marlon Wayans有份主演，由他的真人真事松散地改篇。Chris Moynihan﹑Marlon Wayans皆为监制兼执行制片人。
　　Marlon Wayans扮演Marlon，是个不嘴上靠谱但慈爱的父亲，与其性格南辕北辙前妻Angie共同照顾孩子。
　　Angie是个性格火爆的室内设计师，是个控制欲强的人，她这生最大胆最疯狂的事情就是跟Marlon结婚了。
　　Bresha Webb 扮演Yvette, Angie的闺蜜，也是Marlon最大的敌人，
　　Diallo Riddle扮演Kevin,自称是马龙最要好的朋友，有时候说自己是业务经理。实际上是个赖吃赖睡在马龙家沙发上的无业游民，经常吹嘘自己准备要发大财了。

　　Season five of Murdoch Mysteries opens in unfamiliar territory, as Detective William Murdoch (Yannick Bisson) leaves Toronto to try his luck while the Klondike Gold Rush in the Yukon winds down. The plot thickens when writer Jack London (Aaron Ashmore) lends his insights, and Murdoch soon realizes that while he had hoped to leave his shattered heart and tattered career back in Toronto, his days as a detective are not behind him.
