少林僵尸

　　比尔（杰里米•希尔伯德 Jeremy Theobald 饰）是个游手好闲的作家，借跟踪陌生人打发时间。这让他体验到形形色色的人生，很神秘，也很刺激。不过，有一次，比尔盯上了一个西服革履的家伙克布（艾利克斯•浩尔 Alex Haw 饰）。尾随到餐厅之后，他却被对方识破，只得摊牌。克布是个贩卖盗版光碟的商贩，此外还做拧门撬锁的勾当。克布带着比尔潜入了陌生人家中，但比尔发现克布根本不取财物，而是寻找主人蓄意掩盖的隐私。同时，克布还提醒比尔要注意仪表。后来，比尔认识了一个神秘的金发女人（露西•拉塞尔 Lucy Russell 饰）。在酒吧，比尔主动与她调情，但是对方冷若冰霜。原来她是黑社会大佬的女人，但是不可遏制的激情让比尔失去了理智，从而堕入了万劫不复的深渊……

　　公元794年，日本桓武天皇时期，京都长冈被其胞弟早良亲王怨灵诅咒，天灾人祸不断。桓武天皇被迫迁都平安京，由此开启四百年平安时代序幕。彼时权贵内部斗争激烈，人民生活疾苦，世间因此怨灵丛生，人、鬼与怪物屏息同栖。隶属于宫廷阴阳寮的阴阳师们，作为平衡天、地、人、鬼间矛盾的存在，自此活跃在历史舞台上，其中最为耀眼的便是身世成谜的安倍晴明（野村万斋 饰）。右近卫中将源博雅（伊藤英明 饰）受托拜访安倍晴明，被所目睹的奇异景象及晴明的个人魅力深深折服；晴明亦被博雅正直的品德吸引。故事便从两人宿命相识，结下珍贵情谊开始。
　　宫廷内近来异事频发。左大臣藤原师辅之女诞下敦平亲王，婴儿降世却身负诅咒。晴明招来蜜虫（今井绘理子 饰）和神秘女子青音（小泉今日子 饰），与博雅一同化解恶咒，却反遭诬陷。原来一切皆是阴阳头道尊（真田广之 饰）所为。他利用左右大臣间矛盾与后妃间争宠频生事端，更欲召唤出150年前的最强怨灵早良亲王，将平安京彻底颠覆……

　　潘金莲（朱可儿 饰）时候，因为对前世的感情放不下，所以一直在阴间徘徊，迟迟不能转世投胎，在一次企图逃跑的时候被钟馗捉住，为了惩罚潘金莲，钟馗给了她十日的期限，让她重返人间自断执念，否则就要她魂飞魄散，哪知道在误打误撞之中，潘金莲竟然附身在了一个充气娃娃的身上，被名为武志（王波文 饰）的男子买回了家。

　　Florinda Bolkan plays the daughter of a prominant English politician who keeps having recurring "nightmares" in which she makes love to a bisexual nympho who lives downstairs and conducts all-night LSD orgies. When the nocturnal wet dreams become murderous, the neighbor turns up dead, and Florinda is the main suspect. Did she actually commit the murder she dreamt about? Is she being framed by her philandering husband? Did Florinda actually make nightly visits downstairs aside from borrowing the occasional cup of sugar? How DID Florinda's letter opener end up stuck in the dead neighbor's chest anyway? The complex plot unfolds amidst red herrings, outlandish dream sequences, lesbian hanky panky, and ominous close-ups of Florinda Bolkan's guilt-ridden facial expressions every time someone mentions the murder. All this takes place in swinging late-1960's London.

　　"Wild in the Streets" comes from the same school of film making that spawned other attempts to connect to the counterculture such as "Skidoo" and "Candy". The difference between this and the aforementioned films is that "Wild in the Streets" is reasonably clever and well-made. It isn't sympathetic to the counterculture and will likely offend those with fond memories of the time. Surprisingly, it was a big hit when released and appealed to the youth whom it ridiculed so much. Unlike "The Trip" and "Psych-Out" (two other AIP films), its not an accurate representation of the movement at all. However it does work as social satire.
　　The direction by Barry Shear is good and makes innovative use of split screen photography. Plus, he keeps everything moving at a quick pace. In its funny moments, the film works well. In its attempts at drama, its helplessly dated and just as funny as the humorous moments. Christopher Jones underplays his role and Shelly Winters overacts. Hal Holbrook offers the best performance and Diane Varsi achieves the right note of "grooviness". The script by Robert Thom has its moments, especially the ending (easily the most ingenious part of the film). "Wild in the Streets" isn't perfect, but deserves recognition as an interesting misunderstanding of the hallucination generation. Those into this kind of kitsch will enjoy it the most. I'd rather watch "The Trip" or "Psych-Out" however. (6/10)
