　　本部纪录片以真人现实中生活进行科学测试，讲述男性与女性之间性的奥秘，揭秘两性之间令人吃惊的真正区别。本节目共分为第一集《脑性别》、第二集《吸引力》和第三集《爱》三个部分，分别从男女大脑构造的不同、异性相吸的大脑秘密和人类大脑中的爱情生产线三个方面来讲述两性之间的奥秘。本部纪录片让我们意识到，男性与女性之间的区别从人类诞生时已产生，而我们要做的就是重新定义两性的概念与找到两性差异下为之平衡的方法。
