　　当一个雄心勃勃的纪录片导演把镜头对准一个为了赚钱而羞辱自己的美丽女人时，他发现了自己最黑暗的部分。

　　该片故事改编自布朗纳撰写的文章《追踪弗雷 加德特工》(Chasing Agent Freegard)，讲述一桩真实发生的故事，职业骗子罗伯特·弗雷加德(诺顿饰)是个操纵人心的高手，他让无数受害者相信他是军情五处的卧底，以此敲诈和绑架他们。阿特登所饰的角色最初为他的魅力所倾倒，后来成为了弗雷加德垮台的关键人物，她的行动导致他被定罪和逮捕。

　　小唯是一名职业催眠师，但她也是直播间主播。她会透露各种病人在催眠时说的隐以此赚取大量金钱。小唯被病人举报，被吊销催眠师执照。失去职业便利的小唯无法再提供各种离奇谈资，直播间人气也如每况愈下。为了挽回人气，小唯想到一个绝妙的主意——催眠自己的男友，让其在直播间做各种奇怪表演。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.
　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.

It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'

　　Someone downloads an app on your phone behind your back. It looks like an augmented reality game, but soon you realize it's an app that connects to the world of the dead, which allows you to see the dead through the camera of the phone. On the screen you see a countdown timer starting from 24 hours and before it reaches zero, you have to download the app to someone else's phone to earn 24 more hours. And you must do it every single day. What would you do? Would you continue passing this curse and condemning other people?

　　小玲（程媛媛 饰）与金（李抒航 饰）是一对令人羡慕的情侣，迫于生活的压力，俩人住进了独居妖艳的陈女士（孔维 饰）的出租屋。每当夜幕降临，古屋的布娃娃都会制造各种恐怖事件。同时，陈女士千方百计的勾引金，让小玲步入崩溃边缘。万念俱灰的小玲饮下了千年魔汁，变成了再没有喜怒哀乐的布娃娃，而金则由于背叛爱情，堕入了万劫不复的深渊……

　　一同出席的还有毕加索的好友克里斯丁，她私吞的公司的财产结果东窗事发，于是设计利用自杀来推卸责任，哪知道没有算好毒药的用量而一命呜呼。心存愤恨的她化身成为厉鬼，要报复所有她认识的人。

　　14岁的小女孩克莉丝蒂（Brenna O'Brien 饰）驾车时不慎造成一场严重的车祸，她的精神受到严重刺激，而坐在旁边的姐姐维妮莎（卡莉·波普 Carly Pope 饰）也身负重伤。六个月后，维妮莎宣告不治身亡，克莉丝蒂的精神状态也进一步恶化，不得已她被送往康复医院治疗。在此期间，她接受大夫的建议，不断将自己那诡异的梦境画下来，时光在压抑的气氛中缓缓流逝。
　　为参加葬礼，克莉丝蒂（Nora Zehetner 饰）返回了阔别已六年之久的家乡。当年的梦魇仍在继续，她受到姐夫及其家人的排斥，但是她始终认为姐姐的死另有隐情。克莉丝蒂偷偷展开调查，却发现这一连串罪恶的真相都与她多年来的噩梦息息相关……
